How I work

My approach is called psychodynamic.

This kind of therapy is valuable both in the case of particular emotional difficulties and mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, low self-esteem or complex relationship patterns, as well as simply to deepen the individual’s understanding of him/herself. 

I work with you to define the parameters of the treatment, with the final purpose of increasing self-awareness and building up internal resources.

Patients attend a fifty-minute session, usually once per week. The terms of the therapeutic contract, which include time, frequency and breaks, will be agreed upon during the first consultation session (which lasts approximately one hour). My approach is very attuned and each individual need will be carefully assessed case by case.

I can offer both brief 16 sessions therapy and open ended. Online therapy is also offered over either Zoom or Skype, on the same modalities (terms and conditions) of face to face.

I can work both in English and Italian language.
